Processing Times

Most Hello Bliss 3D printed items are made to order. Regular made-to-order items typically require 3–5 business days for processing before shipping.

Special-order colors may require 5–10 business days, and custom or personalized items may require 7–10 business days. More involved custom designs will receive an estimated turnaround time before ordering.

Processing times do not include weekends, holidays, or shipping/transit time.

Shipping

Shipping is available for physical products. Shipping charges are calculated or displayed at checkout. Tracking information will be provided when available once your order has shipped.

Delivery dates provided by the shipping carrier are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Hello Bliss is not responsible for carrier delays or other delays that occur after an order has been shipped.

Local Pickup / Meetup

Local pickup or meetup may be available by prior arrangement only. Please contact Hello Bliss before placing your order to find out whether this option is available to you.

Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically. No physical product will be shipped, and shipping charges do not apply to digital-only orders.

Need Your Order by a Certain Date?

Please contact Hello Bliss before ordering if you need an item by a specific date. I will let you know whether the requested timeframe can be accommodated before you place your order.
